    4 Delicious Sweet Potato Recipes in the Oven!


    Whoever said baked sweet potatoes in the oven have to be simple, certainly do not know this recipe.

    Ingredients (For 4 halves)

    • 2 large sweet potatoes
    • 2 c. Of olive oil soup
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 can of grain
    • 1/4 cup feta cheese or goat’s cheese, crushed
    • Fresh corns qb
    • A few drops of lemon essential oil (qb)

    Method of preparation

    Preheat oven to 200 C.
    Meanwhile, prepare the sweet potatoes. Wash them thoroughly and cut them in half.
    Then with the help of a brush, spread the oil on all sides of the sweet potato (including the bark). Place the sweet potatoes face down on a tray, lined with parchment paper, bake and roast for about 45 minutes or until well cooked.

    You will need:

    • Zipper bag / garbage bag;

    • The degreasing action of ammonia is in the gas it releases;
    • Let the solution act for at least 12 hours and at most 24 hours;
